The announcement being made today on National Thank a Teacher Day makes this recognition even more meaningful. It is a powerful acknowledgement of Nic’s unfailing commitment to inclusive education and her determination to ensure that every child, particularly our most vulnerable learners, has the opportunity to thrive.

This award recognises not only Nic’s leadership, but also the culture she has nurtured across our Trust - one where high expectations, compassion and inclusion sit at the heart of everything we do. All of our employees play a vital role in bringing that vision to life every day.

Nic is now in contention for a Gold Award, with final results announced in November. We will very much look forward to supporting her on that journey!
