National Specialist TA Network

The National Specialist TA Network has been created to bring together Teaching Assistants and Higher Level Teaching Assistants working in specialist roles across mainstream, specialist and alternative provision. It provides a supportive, collaborative space where professionals can connect, share expertise and develop confidence in their practice. Rooted in inclusive values and evidence-informed approaches, the network aims to strengthen the impact of specialist TAs, amplify their professional voice, and ensure they are recognised as integral contributors to high-quality SEND provision and pupil outcomes.
