The role of Menopause Ambassadors is to provide a supportive ear for those experiencing perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause symptoms or difficulties.  They can also act as a colleague representative when speaking to line managers about any reasonable adjustments needed.

The Menopause Ambassador for the Trust is Lisa Thompson, Head of Data Systems and Analytics, who is committed to reviewing existing research and ensuring Trust policies and guidance reflect this, so that those experiencing menopausal symptoms do not need to suffer in silence.
