Staff Recognition Scheme
Once every half-term, each school's Senior Leadership Team nominate one employee who has not only gone above and beyond daily expectations, but also embodied the Trust's values of Courage, Teamwork and Dedication.
Successful nominees receive a £200 One4All gift card as a token of appreciation for their ongoing commitment to their work and to school life. SLT Staff submit a nomination by completing a Staff Recognition Form.

Sujata won the award for Teamwork and for being an exceptionally consistent and supportive member of staff. Sujata is always in the right place, doing the right thing and works incredibly hard to support the pupils and the Year 8 team, also offering her help to others whenever she can. She is reliable and consistent with all pupils, as well as being flexible when required to meet the needs of individuals. |

Daniel won the award for Teamwork. He has been supporting a number of students as they commended their vocational courses at Reaseheath college, coupled with supporting 6th form students with their transition into FE college and moving to independence. Daniel has reassured the students in unfamiliar environments and ensured there is a carefully scaffolded and supported framework. His dedication, compassion, and expertise have ensured that each student receives personalised guidance, reducing anxiety and promoting confidence during this crucial phase. He has worked tirelessly to create a supportive and inclusive environment, liaising with families, and college tutors to provide tailored transition plans. Through their efforts, students have successfully navigated this challenging time, feeling empowered and well-prepared for the next step in their educational journey. Manny Jinks Thames Valley School |

Manny won the award for Teamwork. He has had a fantastic start at TVS since joining in September. He has approached all challenges with a great attitude and has been a brilliant asset to the team. Manny was quick to volunteer to attend home visits for new pupils who could not yet start with the School and is building strong relationships with these individuals and their families. This has continued to progress as they have begun attending on site and he is a warm and familiar face to them, adapting his approach and working with the rest of the team to help the pupils overcome barriers to attending. He is a well respected member of the team and a consistent and reliable shoulder to lean on! |

Ian worked diligently to ensure that all aspects of the exam process were meticulously planned and executed. His proactive communication and organisational skills not only reduced stress for students but also allowed them to focus entirely on achieving their best. Hannah won the award for Determination. Over the summer term, Hannah has consistently showed high levels of dedication and commitment to ensure the pupils at Thames Valley School received a high quality education, particularly within Maths. She has used her initiative to implement additional intervention sessions for pupils who may need pre-teaching or topics refreshing, but also to extend the learning of some. Hannah ensures she keeps in communication with form tutors and class teachers to consider how she can support further.
