All staff on joining a Liberty school are required to undertake training in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and this touches on the area of mental health, but we acknowledge this is not enough on its own.  Therefore, we ensure that all managers support colleagues through 1:1 meetings, where 'home-work balance' is a standard opening question.

The Stress Management Policy provides colleagues with guidance on how to recognise signs of stress and mental ill-health and training is available in managing stress, on request.
