Standard 6 - Accurate Reporting
If we are to improve our approach to mental health and wellbeing, we need to ensure we collect the right data at the right time - and that we act on the findings. As part of our commitment to reporting accurately on the wellbeing of our people.
We have partnered with Edurio; a team of education experts who have developed industry leading research-based consultation instruments and a data visualisation and analytics platform for schools, Trusts, and international school groups. They currently work with over 1500 schools across England and globally to use stakeholder feedback more strategically and improve the quality of education they provide.
Throughout the year, staff are consulted on a range of areas, including wellbeing. Following this feedback, which is gathered through a standardised survey, the results are analysed and individual schools create action plans designed to address the greatest need, as reported.
A summary of the Trust-wide results, over time, are provided below:
